Ingredients

  • 1 extra-lean pork roast, with all the fat trimmed
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1 late onion, chopped
  • ½ cup water
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • All spice, to taste
  • Kosher salt to taste
  • Freshly ground pepper to taste
Directions
  • Combine all the ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on low for about 8-10 hours.
