Ingredients

  • 100g boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 2 cups spinach (or Swiss chard)
  • Garlic
  • Nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Broil or grill chicken. Sauté spinach with garlic and a pinch of nutmeg. Serve chicken on top of spinach. Servings: 1 protein & 1 vegetable.
