Chili Style Chicken
Ingredients
35 ounces of ground (white meat only) chicken
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cans of stewed or crushed tomatoes (organic)
Freshly chopped rosemary, parsley and basil
Red pepper flakes, to taste
Sea salt to taste
Directions
Start by browning the ground turkey in a non-stick pan with the herbs and red pepper flakes for about 5 minutes, or until evenly browned.
Add the stewed or crushed tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve hot.
