- 35 ounces of ground (white meat only) chicken
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cans of stewed or crushed tomatoes (organic)
- Freshly chopped rosemary, parsley and basil
- Red pepper flakes, to taste
- Sea salt to taste
- Start by browning the ground turkey in a non-stick pan with the herbs and red pepper flakes for about 5 minutes, or until evenly browned.
- Add the stewed or crushed tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot.
