• 35 ounces of ground (white meat only) chicken
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cans of stewed or crushed tomatoes (organic)
  • Freshly chopped rosemary, parsley and basil
  • Red pepper flakes, to taste
  • Sea salt to taste


  • Start by browning the ground turkey in a non-stick pan with the herbs and red pepper flakes for about 5 minutes, or until evenly browned.
  • Add the stewed or crushed tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
