Herb and Lemon Tilapia
Ingredients
100g (3.5oz) Tilapia fish
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
Fresh chopped parsley
A pinch of sea salt and pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350˚F.
Sauté the fish in lemon juice; stir in fresh herbs, onion, garlic and chopped parsley.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for about 20 minutes or until fish is cooked through.
