• ½ cup thinly sliced strawberries
  • ¾ cup diced red apple
  • 3 cups spinach
  • 3 cups romaine lettuce
  • 3 cups raw kale
  • Pinch of sea salt


  • 2 tbsp. water
  • 3 whole strawberries
  • 6 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • ½ large sweet onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded
  • 5 liquid stevia drops
  • Sea salt & black pepper


  • Make Dressing: (Makes about 1 ½ cups of dressing) In a blender, combine strawberries, onion, garlic, cucumber, apple cider vinegar, stevia drops and water; blend until very smooth. Add salt and pepper and continue blending until well combined.
  • Make Salad: In a bowl, toss together mixed greens, strawberries, apple and salt; add half of dressing and toss to coat well.
  • Serve the salad with the remaining dressing and enjoy!
*NOTE: some people do not lose when mixing vegetables at one meal, use this recipe with caution!
