- 100g (3.5oz) Tilapia fish
- 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Fresh chopped parsley
- A pinch of sea salt and pepper
- Preheat oven to 350˚F.
- Sauté the fish in lemon juice; stir in fresh herbs, onion, garlic and chopped parsley.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for about 20 minutes or until fish is cooked through.
