• 100g (3.5oz) Tilapia fish
  • 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Fresh chopped parsley
  • A pinch of sea salt and pepper
  • Preheat oven to 350˚F.
  • Sauté the fish in lemon juice; stir in fresh herbs, onion, garlic and chopped parsley.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for about 20 minutes or until fish is cooked through.
