Ingredients 1 poached egg 1 slice of (beefsteak) tomato 1 slice Gouda or another tasty cheese Fresh basil Salt and pepper to taste Directions Top the tomato with the cheese and basil. Place in a toaster oven (or broiler) until just cooked (2-5 minutes). Remove, place on plate and top with poached egg. Add salt and pepper to taste.
