Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. fresh cilantro, minced
  • ¼ tsp. sugar-free Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ tsp. cumin
  • 1/8 tsp. celery seed
  • Tabasco, to taste
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend to desired consistency. Refrigerate until chilled before serving.
